For patients at DigiDoctor.app clinics

Every visit, every report, every prescription — in one app.

DigiDoctor.app keeps your appointments, prescriptions and reports with the clinic you already go to. Book in three taps, then find last winter’s prescription without calling anyone.

Before anything else

Your clinic, not a new one.

DigiDoctor.app isn’t a different doctor. It’s the software your clinic runs — booking at the front desk, records at the doctor’s desk. The app is your side of it.

So the first thing to find out is whether your clinic is on it. Ask at the front desk next time you go. If they aren’t, send us their name and we’ll get in touch with them.

Tell us about your clinic

What you get

Everything the clinic writes down, you keep.

Book without the phone call.

Pick the doctor, pick the slot, done. The clinic sees it the moment you book, and you get a reminder the day before.

Your file doesn’t start over each visit.

Consultations, blood reports, scans — in order, from your first visit onward. Not scattered across a drawer and three phones.

The prescription is still there in two years.

Nothing to photograph, nothing to lose to a faded slip. Open the app at the chemist and read it off the screen.

How it works

Three steps, and the last one isn’t yours.

  1. Step 01

    Book

Choose your clinic, your doctor and a time that suits you.

  2. Step 02

    Visit

Your doctor opens your history at the desk. What they write down goes straight into your file.

  3. Step 03

    It’s already there

You walk out and it’s on your phone. Nothing to collect, nothing to scan, nothing to remember.

Only your clinic can open your file.

  • The doctors at your clinic can see your records. That’s what makes the consultation work — they read your history before they treat you.
  • Other clinics on DigiDoctor.app cannot. Your file belongs to the clinic you registered at and stays there. Clinics are kept separate from each other.
  • You can ask for a copy, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to us and we’ll do it. Read the privacy policy for the detail.

Questions

The things people ask at the desk.

What if my clinic isn’t on DigiDoctor.app?

Then the app won’t have your records yet — DigiDoctor.app only holds what a clinic puts into it. Mention it at the front desk, or send us the clinic’s name and we’ll approach them.

What happens to my old paper reports?

Your file starts from the day your clinic joins. Carry the old ones in on your next visit and the clinic can add them, so the history stays in one place going forward.

Do I need a separate account for each clinic?

You register at the clinic you go to, and your file lives with that clinic. If you visit a second clinic on DigiDoctor.app, you register there too — the two files stay separate, which is what keeps your records private.

Is DigiDoctor.app free for patients?

Yes. The app is free to download and use. Clinics pay for DigiDoctor.app; you don’t.

Can I use it for my parents or my children?

Each patient has their own file, so book under the name of the person who is being seen. Ask the front desk to register them and you can manage the appointment for them.
